Ultra advanced conversion tactics
The conversion playbook I wrote in 2011, when I was pulling 6 to 24 percent on my own front ends and the industry called 1 percent a good day. Dime sales. The 30-day hold. The offer sequence behind everything I sold.
I'm Joe Lavery. I helped pioneer the one-click upsell. I built CartFreak. Twenty years in direct response, and now I build AI software all day. This is where it came from.
What's inside
Third edition, July 2011. Every one of these came off my own sales pages, my own email lists, my own credit card processor.
I was pulling 6 to 24 percent front-end conversion, consistently, in an era when everybody agreed 1 percent was a good day.
Yes, it's from 2011. The screenshots are old. Some of the URLs are dead. Go ahead and laugh at the design. Then read it anyway, because none of it was ever about the technology. It's about what makes a human being decide to buy right now instead of later, and that hasn't moved an inch in fifteen years. Swap the 2011 tooling for whatever you use today and the mechanics drop straight in.
Who wrote it
I helped pioneer the one-click upsell back when it didn't have a name yet. I built CartFreak. My work got cited in Russell Brunson's Expert Secrets. Before any of that I was a nuclear engineer in the US Navy, which is an expensive way to learn a simple lesson: a system either works or it doesn't, and your opinion about it is worth nothing.
Copy is a system. Offers are a system. You test it, you read the number, you keep what pays. That's the whole book.
These days I build software full time and I write the code myself, in public, every day. Modern Creator Network is the platform. Create With Friends is the one I care about most.
Creators are the loneliest people on the internet. Everybody films alone, edits alone, launches alone, and we all agreed to pretend that's normal. So I built the room. Create With Friends puts you in a booth with another creator and you make something together. I'm not selling a course about connection. I'm connecting people, two at a time, and the network gets bigger every week.
So no, I'm not a guy who used to be good at marketing and now sells a course about AI. I'm a direct response guy who learned to build the thing instead of just writing the copy that points at it. Same skill. Bigger hammer.
